HELPLINE – OGMA Ethics Channel

OGMA Ethics & Compliance Program provides a communication channel - the HELPLINE - which constitutes a safe and confidential manner to capture, identify and investigate possible ethical deviations, allegations or incidents related to bribery and corruption, as well as potential infringements of the law or of the company's policies and procedures.

Through HELPLINE, you can report any harmful practices and deviations from ethical behavior involving OGMA, its people, customers and suppliers, in a confidential manner, at all times.

With your report, we will start to ascertain the facts, start the investigation flow, observing, in all cases, the HELPLINE Policy and Procedure. Your report is very important to OGMA, as it will allow us to prevent and/or correct any noncomplying situations and turn them into opportunities to improve our work, so that we can have our actions guided by ethics, transparency and integrity, at all times.

The HELPLINE channel was developed based on four fundamental pillars: anonymous reporting (if that is the reporter's intention), guarantee of non-retaliation, confidentiality of information (regardless of whether or not the reporter has chosen to remain anonymous) and commitment to the truth of the matter.

In order to guarantee HELPLINE's independence and confidentiality, this channel is managed by an external company specializing in this area. In this manner, we prevent conflict of interest situations in the investigation process, as well as the risk of retaliation. Such company shall receive all reports, which shall afterwards be forwarded to a specialized OGMA team for appropriate investigation, observing OGMA's HELPLINE Policy and Procedure at all times. If, in the course of the investigation, OGMA finds any infringement, which, by nature, requires reporting to the competent authorities, OGMA shall do so. On a regular basis, HELPLINE results and the summary of all investigations shall be reported to Embraer's Audit, Risks and Ethics Committee (CARE), which is composed of members of the Board of Directors and Independent Advisors.

The HELPLINE can be accessed by all OGMA employees on OGMA Portal (intranet) and also by people outside OGMA on OGMA website (www.ogma.pt). To access the HELPLINE, please click here. Alternatively, occurrences or concerns in this regard may also be reported by calling 800 180 118 in Portugal (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
