OGMA participated in Imagens de Marca SIC Notícias program

Last February 13, our HR & Sustainability Executive Director Rita Baptista participated in Imagens de Marca program.

In this program dedicated to Diversity in the Business World, Rita Baptista talked about the importance that OGMA gives to generational diversity, namely by breaking stigmas of different generations. Both younger and senior employees can bring added value to the business, understanding the best technologies to be applied.
