OGMA closed successfully an agreement to revise the salary table for 2022 and 2023

OGMA and the represented unions closed successfully an agreement to revise the salary table for 2022 and 2023, above the expected average for both years, following the company agreement celebrated in 2021. With this agreement, OGMA minimum salary will be 811€ in 2022, and 889€ in 2023.
 
This agreement is another important step towards strengthening the conditions of employees, as well as the work that has been carried out with the unions, even more at this particular moment we are experiencing, in a challenging economic and social environment, which allows the company to continue to invest in its people and in the development of the business, continuing to reinforce the increase in the employee income.
