Since 2016, our Painting Hangar has been fully equipped to accommodate a wide range of aircraft, ensuring technical finish excellence and meticulous attention to every detail.

Built from the ground up to meet the most demanding environmental and safety standards — ISO 14001:2015, EN 9110:2018, ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, and ISO 45001:2018 — this facility is operated by a specialized team ready to meet the challenges of both civil and military aviation.

From fuselage to small components, every paint job is carried out with dedication, quality, and full compliance with the most demanding industry requirements.

2 Independent Paint Bays

  • Designed to accommodate two aircraft types — one for medium-sized aircraft (e.g. A321 / KC-390) and one for smaller aircraft (e.g. F-16 / EH-101).

3 Component Painting Booths

  • One painting platform and two curing booths (≤ 60°C) that can operate independently or simultaneously.

Environmental Sustainability

  • Full compliance with the strictest environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations
  • Lighting at 1 m above floor level: 1,000 Lux
  • Airborne particle size: ≤ 10 μm
  • Down-draft airflow system
  • Automatic waste collection

Energy Optimization
