At OGMA, we know that having a solid Code of Ethics and Conduct, along with well-structured policies and procedures, is only the starting point. What truly makes a difference is ensuring that our people understand these guidelines and are prepared to apply them in their daily work.
This is why Training and Communication play an essential role in our Ethics & Compliance Program.
Main Objectives:
We provide regular training to all employees, across all areas and locations where OGMA operates, in the appropriate local languages. Such training covers essential topics such as our Code of Ethics and Conduct, anticorruption guidelines, and ways to report concerns on our HELPLINE channel.
In addition to ongoing awareness-raising activities on ethics and corruption prevention, all employees must attend refresher training on anti-corruption guidelines at least every three years. Employees in higher-risk positions are provided specific and updated training at least once a year.
In order to ensure that our efforts have real impact, we continuously monitor and evaluate our training and communication activities — through scenario testing, live Q&A sessions, surveys, audits, and other methods — with the aim of continuously improving our Ethics & Compliance Program.
We believe that the stronger our training and communication plan is, the more empowered our people will be to make ethical decisions — contributing every day to a culture of integrity.
