Through HELPLINE, you can report any harmful practices and deviations from ethical behavior involving OGMA, its people, customers and suppliers, in a confidential manner, at all times. All reports will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality, and will start a fact-finding process followed by a formal investigation, in accordance with OGMA’s HELPLINE Policy and Procedure, at all times.
Every report we receive is valuable. It helps us detect and correct non-compliant behavior, reinforces our values, improves our practices, and ensures that ethics remain at the heart of everything we do.

In order to ensure independence and objectivity, the HELPLINE is managed by an external company specialized in ethical and compliance reporting. On a regular basis, overall HELPLINE results and a summary of investigations are reported to Embraer Audit, Risk and Ethics Committee (CARE), which includes Board members and Independent Advisors.
