Such training covers essential topics such as our Code of Ethics and Conduct, anticorruption guidelines, and ways to report concerns on our HELPLINE channel.<\/p><p>In addition to ongoing awareness-raising activities on ethics and corruption prevention, all employees must attend refresher training on anti-corruption guidelines at least every three years. Employees in higher-risk positions are provided specific and updated training at least once a year.<\/p><p>In order to ensure that our efforts have real impact, we continuously monitor and evaluate
