Through a proactive approach, we work to prevent corruption, fraud, money laundering, and other forms of misconduct \u2014 safeguarding not only the company but also its people. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Governance &amp; Compliance at OGMA<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>OGMA<\/strong> conducts its business with integrity, transparency, and in strict observance of the best national and international corporate governance practices. Our Ethics &amp; Compliance governance structure is designed to promote ethical leadership at all levels of the organization: <\/p><ul><li><strong>Board of Directors:<\/strong> Provides strategic support to the Ethics &amp; Compliance Program, including supervision of the Corruption Risk Prevention Plan.<\/li><li><strong>Chief Executive Officer (CEO):<\/strong> Ensures the implementation and continuous improvement of the program, promotes integration of ethical standards into operations, and sets the \u201ctone at the top.\u201d<\/li><li><strong>Compliance Department:<\/strong> Conducts ethics and integrity initiatives across the Company. Responsibilities include: <\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Preparing and implementing policies and procedures;<\/li><li>Promoting ethical awareness through training and communication;<\/li><li>Monitoring risks and supervising internal investigations;<\/li><li>Providing support to business units and coordinating the work of Compliance Ambassadors;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Compliance Ambassadors:<\/strong> Acting as ethical role models within each business area, they ensure that decisions are aligned with OGMA\u2019s values and policies.<\/li><li><strong>Directors &amp; Heads of Department: <\/strong>Act as key promoters of Ethics &amp; Compliance in daily operations, leading by example and reinforcing <strong>OGMA\u2019s <\/strong>values in every interaction.<\/li><li><strong>Embraer Audit &amp; Risk Committee (CARE): <\/strong>Supervises Ethics &amp; Compliance across Embraer and its subsidiaries, including <strong>OGMA<\/strong>, in accordance with corporate governance models.<\/li><li><strong>Internal Audit Department: <\/strong>Conducts audits on program implementation and verifies compliance with anti-corruption laws and other relevant regulations.
